Welcome to OrientTrips. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OrientTrips website, booking tools, customer account, payment flows, tickets, vouchers, confirmations, support services, communications, and related travel services.
OrientTrips OÜ is an Estonian online travel services platform. We help customers search, request, book, and manage individual travel services, including flights, hotels, trains, buses, ferries, airport transfers, taxi services, visa assistance, travel insurance, tourist cards, SIM cards, and experiences.
By accessing OrientTrips, creating an account, placing a booking request, making a payment, receiving a ticket or voucher, or using any OrientTrips service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms should be read together with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie notices, service-specific terms, supplier rules, and any information shown during the booking process.
Mandatory consumer protection rights always apply where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

OrientTrips may act as a travel booking platform, travel retailer, intermediary, support provider, or service coordinator, depending on the service selected.
Many services are supplied by third-party providers. These may include airlines, hotels, rail companies, bus operators, ferry operators, transfer providers, taxi providers, visa service providers, insurance companies, local activity operators, technology providers, and other travel suppliers.
Third-party suppliers may set their own prices, availability, schedules, service conditions, fare rules, cancellation rules, refund rules, documentation requirements, eligibility rules, and operating policies.
OrientTrips will provide reasonable support to customers. However, OrientTrips cannot control supplier availability, airline decisions, hotel policies, visa outcomes, insurance claim decisions, transport delays, border decisions, government restrictions, payment network delays, or events outside its reasonable control.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, OrientTrips provides access to individual travel services. Each selected service is booked separately and has its own price, supplier terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, confirmation details, and service conditions.
More than one individual service may appear in the same customer account, cart, invoice, payment flow, or order record for convenience. This does not automatically mean that the services form a package travel product or a single combined travel contract.
Each service should remain separately identifiable, separately priced, separately confirmed, and subject to its own supplier-specific conditions unless OrientTrips expressly states otherwise in the booking flow.
Optional add-ons must be selected by the customer, priced separately, removable where technically available before payment, and subject to their own terms.
OrientTrips does not sell package travel, package holidays, all-inclusive travel products, or complete travel packages by default.
The legal classification of a travel arrangement depends on the actual booking flow, services selected, timing of purchase, payment structure, customer notices, supplier role, contract structure, and applicable law.
If a legally reviewed package travel product or linked travel arrangement is expressly offered through OrientTrips, the booking flow will identify this and the applicable mandatory legal information and protections will apply.
If mandatory law classifies a specific arrangement as package travel or a linked travel arrangement, the mandatory rights and obligations for that arrangement will apply, even if these Terms describe OrientTrips as a platform for individual travel services.
OrientTrips may refuse, suspend, redesign, or require legal review for any product, combination, booking flow, or sales process that may create package travel, linked travel arrangement, licensing, security, reporting, or other regulated travel obligations.
A booking request is not final until payment is received where required, availability is confirmed, and the relevant ticket, voucher, policy, confirmation, or service document is issued.
Payment does not guarantee final ticket issuance, reservation confirmation, visa approval, insurance coverage, supplier acceptance, or service availability.
Technical issues, supplier system errors, fare changes, capacity changes, exchange rate changes, payment delays, manual supplier review, or provider restrictions may affect issuance or confirmation.
If a selected service cannot be issued or confirmed after payment, OrientTrips may offer one or more of the following options where available:
OrientTrips is not responsible for supplier price changes, availability changes, fare expiry, or restrictions that occur before final issuance or confirmation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before payment, customers are responsible for reviewing the information shown during the booking process. This may include service description, travel dates, passenger details, supplier rules, total price, taxes, fees, cancellation rules, refund conditions, baggage rules, documentation requirements, and service-specific conditions.
If any important information is unclear before payment, the customer should contact OrientTrips support before completing the booking.
By completing a booking, the customer confirms that the booking details have been checked and that the customer accepts the applicable supplier rules, service conditions, cancellation rules, refund rules, and payment terms.
The customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during search, registration, booking, payment, support communication, and service use.
The customer must check all booking details before payment and again after confirmation. This includes:
The customer is responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, travel documents, insurance, health documents, and any approvals required for the intended journey.
OrientTrips is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, visa refusal, immigration refusal, missed departure, rejected check-in, invalid documents, expired passports, incorrect names, or failure to meet travel requirements.
Prices are based on available supplier data, taxes, fees, exchange rates, service charges, and payment conditions at the time of search or booking.
Prices may change before final confirmation or issuance.
The customer must pay the full amount required for the selected service before OrientTrips can process the booking, unless OrientTrips confirms a different payment arrangement in writing.
Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways, card networks, local payment providers, international payment providers, or other approved payment channels.
The customer is responsible for bank fees, card issuer fees, currency conversion costs, international transfer costs, chargeback fees, and payment provider charges unless stated otherwise.
If payment is reversed, disputed, rejected, delayed, refunded by a third party, or marked as suspicious, OrientTrips may suspend, cancel, or restrict the related service where permitted by law and supplier rules.
Some online consumer purchases may include a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
However, certain travel, transport, accommodation, vehicle rental, catering, leisure, and dated service bookings may be excluded from the general right of withdrawal when they are provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, OrientTrips will respect it. Where a service is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, the applicable cancellation and refund rules will depend on the supplier terms, service-specific conditions, and mandatory law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights, passenger rights, or other protections that apply by law.
Book flights at orienttrips.com/flight.
Flight bookings are subject to airline rules, fare rules, ticket class, route conditions, airport rules, security rules, passenger documentation requirements, and supplier terms.
The customer must check passenger names, travel dates, routes, flight times, baggage rules, passport validity, visa rules, transit rules, and entry requirements before payment and after ticket issuance.
Flight ticket issuance may depend on airline availability, supplier confirmation, fare availability, payment clearance, and system status.
OrientTrips is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, rejected check-in, invalid documents, passport issues, visa issues, transit restrictions, immigration decisions, airline schedule changes, operational disruption, or passenger no-show.
Flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and no-show rules are governed by the airline, supplier, fare class, and ticket conditions.
Mandatory air passenger rights apply where required by law.
Charter flight tickets may have stricter rules than scheduled flight tickets.
Charter tickets may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to high penalties.
Charter flight cancellation, change, refund, seat allocation, baggage rules, schedule changes, and operational decisions are subject to the charter operator and supplier rules.
OrientTrips may need to confirm any change, cancellation, or refund request with the charter operator before responding to the customer.
No charter refund, change, or cancellation is guaranteed unless confirmed by the relevant supplier or required by applicable law.
Book hotels at orienttrips.com/hotel.
Hotel bookings are subject to property rules, room type, rate plan, check-in date, local laws, supplier rules, and cancellation conditions.
The customer must check hotel name, location, room type, meal plan, guest names, check-in date, check-out date, occupancy, cancellation deadline, and special conditions before payment.
Hotels may require passports, identification documents, deposits, local taxes, security deposits, or additional fees at check-in.
OrientTrips is not responsible for denied check-in caused by incorrect customer information, missing documents, late arrival, hotel rules, local laws, age restrictions, or payment issues at the property.
No-show, early check-out, unused nights, or rejected check-in may be non-refundable unless the hotel or supplier confirms otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Book train tickets at orienttrips.com/train.
Train tickets are subject to rail company rules, route conditions, passenger details, seat availability, ticket class, and departure time.
The customer must arrive at the station on time and carry valid travel documents.
Missed trains, late arrival, incorrect passenger details, invalid documents, or failure to follow railway rules may result in loss of service without refund.
Train cancellations and refunds may require supplier confirmation or in-person processing, depending on rail company rules.
Mandatory rail passenger rights apply where required by law.

Bus tickets are subject to bus company rules, route conditions, seat availability, passenger details, departure time, and operator policies.

Ferry bookings are subject to ferry operator rules, port rules, route conditions, weather conditions, passenger documentation requirements, and supplier terms.
The customer must arrive at the port on time and carry valid identification, passport, visa, or travel documents where required.
Ferry schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions, port restrictions, operator decisions, or force majeure events.
OrientTrips is not responsible for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, missed departures, port closures, or service disruption caused by the ferry operator or external conditions, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Mandatory ship passenger rights apply where required by law.
Apply for visa assistance at orienttrips.com/visa.
OrientTrips may assist with visa application support, document preparation, consultation, application guidance, visa code requests, or authorization support where available.
OrientTrips does not issue visas and does not make immigration decisions.
All visa decisions are made by the relevant government authority, embassy, consulate, ministry, immigration office, border authority, or official visa authority.
OrientTrips cannot guarantee visa approval, processing time, entry permission, border admission, or final immigration decision.
Once a visa assistance service has started, refunds may be unavailable unless required by applicable law or confirmed in the applicable service terms.
Consular fees, embassy fees, government fees, and external service provider fees are not included in OrientTrips service fees unless clearly stated. These fees may need to be paid separately by the customer.
The customer must provide accurate documents, complete information, valid passport details, travel dates, photographs, forms, and supporting documents.
OrientTrips is not responsible for visa refusal, delay, missing documents, false information, incomplete applications, embassy decisions, government restrictions, border decisions, or customer failure to meet entry requirements.
Book travel insurance at orienttrips.com/insurance.
Travel insurance is issued by insurance providers and is subject to the policy wording, exclusions, coverage limits, validity dates, eligibility rules, and claim procedures of the insurance provider.
Payment of the premium may be required before issuance of the insurance policy.
The customer must review the insurance policy, coverage, exclusions, insured name, travel dates, destination, and claim rules after issuance.
If the policy is not accessible in the customer account or email, the customer must contact OrientTrips support promptly.
False, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may affect coverage, claims, or policy validity.
OrientTrips does not decide insurance claims unless expressly authorized by the insurance provider. Final claim decisions are made by the insurance company.

Airport transfers and taxi services are subject to provider availability, vehicle availability, route conditions, pickup time, local operator rules, traffic conditions, and customer information accuracy.
Airport transfers should be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure or arrival unless OrientTrips confirms a shorter booking window in writing.
OrientTrips or its local provider may send transfer details by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or another available communication channel before the scheduled service.
The customer must provide accurate passenger name, pickup location, drop-off location, flight number, arrival time, departure time, contact number, and luggage details.
Each passenger may bring one standard-size suitcase and one carry-on unless a different luggage allowance is confirmed. Extra or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle, additional charges, or may not be accepted.
OrientTrips is not responsible for failed pickup, delays, missed transfers, additional costs, or service failure caused by incorrect customer information, late arrival, no-show, unreachable phone number, unreported flight changes, or excess luggage.
Book experiences at orienttrips.com/experience.
Experiences and local activities are sold as separate services unless clearly stated otherwise in the specific booking terms.
Experiences are subject to operator rules, local conditions, guide availability, transport availability, weather, permits, opening hours, minimum participation requirements, and third-party service commitments.
The customer must read the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, meeting point, start time, physical requirements, cancellation rules, and special conditions before booking.
OrientTrips or the provider may adjust timing, order of visits, or service details when required by weather, traffic, local restrictions, safety, supplier changes, or force majeure events.

The customer must provide accurate identification details, contact information, delivery information, and required documents where applicable.
Issued, activated, delivered, used, lost, damaged, or customer-activated products may be non-refundable unless the supplier confirms otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by these Terms, the OrientTrips Cancellation and Refund Policy, mandatory consumer rights, service-specific conditions, and the confirmed rules of the relevant supplier.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact OrientTrips at support@orienttrips.com.
The customer must provide the booking reference, passenger name, ticket or voucher number, travel date, service name, and a clear written cancellation request.
Some cancellations require manual confirmation from airlines, suppliers, charter operators, hotels, transport companies, local operators, or other service providers.
A cancellation request does not guarantee a refund.
A refund is not confirmed until OrientTrips receives confirmation from the relevant supplier or verifies the applicable cancellation rules through the supplier system.
Approved refunds are subject to applicable supplier penalties, non-refundable fees, bank charges, payment provider fees, currency conversion costs, and OrientTrips service or processing fees where permitted by law and disclosed in the applicable booking terms.
If the customer does not appear for departure, boarding, check-in, pickup, activity start, appointment, hotel check-in, or any scheduled service, the booking may become non-refundable.
Unused services, partially used tickets, partially used experiences, early check-out, missed segments, and voluntarily abandoned services may not qualify for a refund unless the provider confirms otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Failure to provide required documents, failure to meet visa or entry requirements, unreachable contact details, late arrival, or incorrect customer information may result in cancellation, refusal of service, or loss of refund eligibility.
The customer may need to create an OrientTrips account to access bookings, policies, vouchers, tickets, insurance documents, messages, or service records.
The customer is responsible for keeping account login details confidential.
The customer must notify OrientTrips immediately if there is any suspected unauthorized use of the account.

Marketing consent is not required to make a purchase.
Marketing messages may include travel offers, destination updates, service news, booking suggestions, promotions, or OrientTrips updates.
Standard message, data, carrier, or communication charges may apply.
Message frequency may vary. OrientTrips may send up to four marketing messages per month, with additional service-related or operational messages where needed.
To stop receiving marketing SMS or MMS messages, the customer may reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT where supported.
After opting out, the customer may receive one confirmation message.
For help, the customer may reply HELP where supported or contact OrientTrips at support@orienttrips.com.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent OrientTrips from sending essential service messages related to active bookings, payments, refunds, security, account access, legal notices, or travel updates where permitted by law.
If the customer changes, transfers, or cancels a mobile number, the customer should opt out before the change or notify OrientTrips to help prevent messages being sent to the new holder of that number.

The customer must not use OrientTrips services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
Prohibited activity includes:
OrientTrips may suspend, cancel, restrict, or report activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
OrientTrips may review bookings, payments, customer information, destinations, suppliers, and transactions for fraud prevention, payment security, sanctions compliance, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
OrientTrips may refuse, suspend, cancel, or restrict a booking or service if there is suspected fraud, payment risk, security risk, sanctions risk, unlawful activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
OrientTrips is not required to process any transaction, booking, refund, communication, or service request that would breach applicable law, sanctions, payment network rules, supplier restrictions, or compliance controls.
The OrientTrips name, website, brand, content, layout, text, graphics, software, booking flows, communications, and related materials are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws where applicable.
The customer must not copy, reproduce, modify, imitate, scrape, misuse, or commercially exploit OrientTrips content, systems, or brand materials without prior written permission.
Misuse of the OrientTrips name, website, identity, communications, or confusingly similar names or materials is strictly prohibited.
If the customer submits reviews, comments, photos, feedback, testimonials, or other content to OrientTrips, the customer confirms that the content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and does not violate the rights of others.
Where permitted by law, the customer grants OrientTrips permission to use, display, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, and share such content for customer support, service improvement, marketing, trust and safety, and business purposes.
OrientTrips may remove or refuse content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable.
OrientTrips aims to keep its website and services available, accurate, and secure.
OrientTrips does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, instant confirmation, constant availability, or complete accuracy of third-party supplier data.
Service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, supplier system errors, network problems, payment gateway problems, security events, force majeure events, or third-party failures.
OrientTrips is not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability, technical errors, supplier data errors, or third-party system failures, except where required by applicable law.
OrientTrips is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.
These events may include:
Refunds, credits, date changes, rerouting, or alternative arrangements in force majeure situations depend on the relevant supplier rules and applicable law.
OrientTrips will provide its services with reasonable care and professional diligence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OrientTrips is not liable for losses caused by third-party suppliers, customer errors, incorrect information, travel document issues, visa refusal, immigration decisions, denied boarding, no-show, missed departures, supplier delays, payment provider delays, force majeure events, or events outside OrientTrips control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OrientTrips is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If there is a conflict between different terms, the following order will apply to the extent legally permitted:
Supplier rules govern the relevant supplier service. OrientTrips terms govern the use of the OrientTrips platform, support, payment handling, communications, and related services.
If the customer believes there is a problem with a booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or service, the customer should contact OrientTrips first at support@orienttrips.com.
OrientTrips will review the case and provide available booking records, supplier responses, cancellation records, refund status, or supporting documents where applicable.
If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, the customer may contact a competent consumer protection authority, alternative dispute-resolution body, payment provider, card network, regulator, or court where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right of the customer to use a competent consumer authority, dispute-resolution body, or court.
If the customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback, OrientTrips may submit relevant evidence to the payment processor, card network, issuing bank, acquiring bank, or dispute review body.
Evidence may include booking records, payment confirmation, customer acceptance of these Terms, customer acceptance of cancellation rules, checkout records, tickets, vouchers, supplier rules, fare rules, customer communications, supplier communications, cancellation timestamps, refund calculations, proof of service availability, proof of ticket issuance, proof of voucher delivery, proof of refund, proof of partial refund, no-show records, system logs, IP address records where available, and email delivery records where available.
Opening a dispute or chargeback does not change the cancellation rules, refund eligibility, supplier penalties, or service conditions that apply to the booking.
If a refund has already been approved, processed, or partially processed, OrientTrips may provide proof of refund and communication history as dispute evidence.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to OrientTrips OÜ in Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute should first be submitted to OrientTrips support so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be handled by the competent courts, authorities, payment providers, card networks, or dispute-resolution bodies with legal jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, passenger rights, data protection rights, or jurisdiction rights that apply under applicable law.
OrientTrips may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the OrientTrips website with a revised Last updated date.
The updated version will apply from the date it is published, unless stated otherwise.
For existing bookings, the terms accepted at the time of booking may be kept as part of the booking record where applicable.
Continued use of OrientTrips services after publication of updated Terms means the customer accepts the updated Terms for future use and future bookings.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
Failure by OrientTrips to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that part or any other part later.
