Welcome to OrientTrips. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including ticket purchases, visa applications, travel insurance, airport transfers, and participation in our SMS/MMS mobile messaging program. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

  • All purchases made through the OrientTrips website are subject to applicable e-commerce laws and regulations. Any violations will be prosecuted.

  • When buying tickets online, you confirm that you understand all applicable rules and regulations.

  • Users are responsible for entering accurate and complete information during registration and booking. OrientTrips is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Users must promptly update their personal details in case of changes. OrientTrips bears no responsibility for consequences of outdated information.

  • Misuse of the OrientTrips name, website, or communications, including imitation or use of similar names, is strictly prohibited.

  • OrientTrips will not share personal data with third parties, except when legally required by competent authorities.

  • Payment does not guarantee ticket issuance. Technical issues, changes in flight capacity, or supplier price adjustments may affect issuance. In such cases, OrientTrips will notify customers promptly and attempt to resolve the matter.

Visa Terms and Conditions

  • OrientTrips assists with visa applications but does not issue visas. All visas are issued exclusively by the relevant government authorities.

  • Our services include free consultations, support in preparing documents, and assistance with visa code requests.

  • Once an application is submitted and paid for, the visa process begins, and refunds are not available.

  • Consular fees are not included in OrientTrips service fees. These must be paid separately to consular offices abroad.

  • Prepayment is required for all visa applications.

Travel Insurance Terms and Conditions

  • Online payment of the premium is required before issuance of an insurance policy.

  • The valid insurance policy, including rules and regulations, will be available in the passenger’s OrientTrips account. If inaccessible, please contact OrientTrips support.

  • Providing false or incomplete information, whether intentionally or unintentionally, may affect coverage. OrientTrips and its insurance partners will handle such cases in accordance with insurance regulations.

Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

  • Airport transfers must be booked at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.

  • OrientTrips agents will meet passengers at the airport holding signs with the passenger’s name or hotel name.

  • Transfer details will be provided by email and WhatsApp 24 hours before departure.

  • Each passenger may bring one standard-size suitcase and one carry-on. Extra or oversized luggage may incur additional charges or service limitations.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

OrientTrips OÜ (hereinafter “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in or participating, you agree to the following terms:

User Opt-In

  • You may enroll via online forms or applications. Participation confirms your consent to receive marketing SMS/MMS messages at the phone number provided.

  • Consent is not required to make a purchase.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

User Opt-Out

  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. One confirmation message may be sent after opt-out.

  • Opt-out requests must follow these instructions; other methods are not valid.

Duty to Notify and Indemnify

  • If you change, cancel, or transfer your mobile number, you must complete the opt-out process first.

  • Failure to notify us may result in liability for claims or costs. You agree to indemnify OrientTrips against such claims.

Program Details

  • Messages may include promotions, service updates, or event information.

  • Frequency: Up to four messages per month, with occasional additional messages.

  • Support: Text HELP or email [email protected] (note: email is not valid for opting out).

Restrictions

  • Participants must have an SMS/MMS-capable device and an active plan with a participating carrier.

  • Minimum age: 13 years. Users aged 13–18 require parental or guardian consent.

  • Prohibited content includes fraudulent, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful material, malware, or content referencing protected health information.

Disclaimer of Warranty

  • The Program is provided “as is” and may not be available at all times or in all areas. OrientTrips is not liable for message delays or delivery failures.

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes related to the Program will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules in Walpole, Massachusetts.

  • Claims must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

Miscellaneous

  • You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

  • Failure to enforce any provision will not waive future rights.

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid.

  • OrientTrips reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued participation or use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
