Flight cancellation fees vary depending on the airline, class, and the time of cancelation. Following table shows the amount of cancelation fee for each airline and class. Class of each flight is shown on the ticket.

Bus:
For cancellations up to 24 hours before departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% + a fix fee of 1 EUR as refund processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours to departure are non-refundable.
Train:
Percentages of the penalty which will deduct after cancellation:
- From ticket issuing date till 12:00 a day before departure 10%
- From 12:00 a day before departure till 3 hours before departure time 30%
- 3 hours before departure 50%
- After departure 100%
