In this tour, you will go swimming in one of the many hot springs located in the northwest of Iran. Sarein hot springs have lots of medical benefits and can help you ease the pain in your joints and muscles. You can even ask for a massage if you need one.
You will have a meal in one of the local restaurants and can try local foods such as Shish Kebab, Kufteh, Ayran Ashi etc
We can start this tour at your preferred time. Most of the hydrotherapy complexes located in Sarein have separate pools for men and women and are open until after midnight. However, some of the old ones have only one pool and are used by women from 6:00 a.m. to noon and then are used by men from noon to midnight or even later.
After arriving in Sarein, we will take you to one of the hydrotherapy complexes according to your needs. Even though the new complexes look like ordinary swimming pools, their water comes from natural hot springs. In these centers, you can find a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bathhouse, salt room, massage room etc.
After spending some time in the pools, you can have a meal in one of the nearby restaurants. Ardabil province, where Sarein is located, is famous for its kebabs, honey, Ghara (black) Halva, Ayran (yoghurt) Ashi etc. Then, we will return to Ardabil or if you wish, we can stay a night in the town. Advanced reservations are needed for the stay.
