Kerman is located in the heart of the Lut desert, where one can see one of the rare natural phenomena: Kalout. To see Kerman and Kalout, move to the southeast of Iran and watch the wonders of nature in Shahdad and the heart of the Lut desert.
Kerman's Kalouts are famous around the world. Besides Iranian tourists, many non-Iranian tourists travel to Iran and Kerman to see this rare phenomenon. Kalout is actually a geological phenomenon that the architect of nature creates with water and wind in the desert. In fact, the erosion of the earth over several thousand years causes the creation of Kalout. This phenomenon is very magnificent and spectacular and can be seen in a few places like it. The peace and quiet of this area, along with the magnificence and beauty of the Kalout, surprises every tourist.
Today from Kerman, we will move towards Shahdad. On the way, we will visit the 1000-year-old Sirach cypress. After that, we will visit Shafi Abad Castle and Qanat and then move towards Shahdad Kalouts and visit the strangest place in the desert. We will also have a small Safari tour there.
Later in the day, we will go back to Kerman.
