Dear Travelers,

We understand that many of you—whether you’ve previously booked with us, are planning a trip, or simply considering travel to Iran—may be feeling uneasy after recent headlines. The escalation between Israel and Iran has raised serious global attention and questions. At OrientTrips, we are here to offer clarity, transparency, and support.

Current Travel Conditions

Over the past two days, the situation in the region has changed rapidly. Some infrastructure, such as Valfajr Ferry Lines, is currently offline. Flights are temporarily suspended, and train and bus services are operating on a limited basis.

Despite this, we are in close contact with our local partners and service providers. While uncertainty remains, daily life continues across most Iranian cities, and our operations team in Tehran remains safe and active.

Our Recommendation

Until further notice, we strongly recommend using intercity taxi services as the most reliable option for ground transportation inside Iran. Trusted ride-hailing apps such as Snapp and Tap30 (TAPSI) are widely available in major cities and offer safe, affordable, and convenient transportation for travelers.

We also recommend postponing any non-essential travel to Iran at this time. For those with upcoming bookings, our support team is here to assist with rescheduling, refunds, or alternative options.

Our Promise

We know how much care, planning, and anticipation goes into each journey. Our mission has always been to provide safe, seamless, and meaningful travel experiences. Even now, in this uncertain moment, your safety is our priority and your trust means everything.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re ready to support you however we can.

Stay safe, and thank you for being part of the OrientTrips community.

Warm regards,
Customer Support Team
