General Terms and Conditions

Dear user, please carefully consider the following terms to optimally use the OrientTrips platform:

The purchase of tickets on the OrientTrips website is subject to the rules and regulations of electronic commerce, and any violation will be prosecuted. While buying tickets online, the buyer undertakes that they are fully aware of all the rules and regulations of buying tickets.
Users undertake to enter their information correctly during registration and reservation on the website. In case of entering incomplete or incorrect information, the responsibility for the consequences will rest on the users.
Users must correct any changes in their personal information as soon as possible on the OrientTrips website. Otherwise, OrientTrips will not be responsible for the consequences of incorrect information.
Any misuse of the OrientTrips name, website, or correspondence from OrientTrips, including using similar or matching names, is prohibited.
OrientTrips will not share users` personal information with any other parties, except when requested by competent authorities under the law.
Due to possible technical issues like flight capacity changes or supplier price increases, payment does not necessarily guarantee the issuance of tickets. In such cases, OrientTrips will inform passengers immediately and attempt to resolve the issue.

OrientTrips provides visa application services. However, OrientTrips DOES NOT ISSUE Iranian visas. Visas are issued by the Iran Foreign Ministry on the basis of visa requests.
OrientTrips offers the following advantages: free consultations, assistance in the processing of documents, and requests for visa codes.
Once the order is accepted and paid for, the visa application process begins, and refunds are not possible.
OrientTrips does not include consular fees for visas in the cost of our services. These fees must be paid separately at the relevant consular establishments abroad.
Prepayment is required for any visa request.

Online payment of the premium is necessary for the issuance of the insurance policy. The valid insurance policy, including the rules and regulations, will be accessible in the passenger’s account. If you cannot access the policy, please contact OrientTrips support.
If a passenger provides wrong information, intentionally or unintentionally, at the time of purchasing the insurance policy, OrientTrips and Saman Insurance will act according to the general rules of the insurance policy and Central Insurance.

You can book airport transfer services up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Please consider this policy when requesting changes to flight or hotel bookings.
OrientTrips agents will be present at the destination airport, holding signs with your name or hotel name.
OrientTrips will share details of your transfer 24 hours before your flight departure through WhatsApp and email.
In all airport transfers, each person is allowed one standard-sized luggage and one carry-on bag. If you have additional or oversized luggage, an extra fee may apply, or the service may not be available.
