As we said, the construction was built during Zand<\/strong> and Qajar<\/strong> dynasties, but how can a building belong to both? The building was constructed around 800 years ago<\/strong>, covering an area of 12,000 square meters and approximately 9,000 square meters of infrastructure during Zand dynasty. After that, during Qajar dynasty, the building was transferred to Sahamo Saltane Ameri Fard, the governor of Kashan, and it was rebuilt aligning to Qajar architecture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Qajar period, the house faced neglect. When the spirit of life left the body of the house, some parts collapsed, and the Municipality of Kashan passed a street from the biggest part of the mansion, but the restoration started in 1995. With plans to restore the historic houses in Kashan, this mansion was restored and rehabilitated again. Besides the repair, the demolished parts of the house have been rebuilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
